Gr 1-3-Peter has an amazing sense of smell, which comes in handy when his whole family has a cold and can't detect gas from the stove, bad orange juice, and decaying flowers. When Grandma comes over with her special chicken soup, everyone recovers, except Peter, who goes from being the "Family Nose" to the "Family Stuffed Nose." Cartoon illustrations in bright, bold colors and a sense of humor keep this slightly forced story moving along.
