Love is a Many Trousered Thing

High energy doesn't even begin to describe Stina Nielsen's narration of the latest Georgia Nicolson book. Georgia is faced with her toughest dilemma ever: choosing among her many maybe-boyfriends, including Robbie the Sex God, recently returned from Kiwi A-Go-Go Land; Masimo the Italian Love God; and, of course, the ever-present Dave the Laugh, Georgia's ex and former snogging partner. The story, told in diary format, delves into Georgia's views, and ramblings, of the world. Nielsen portrays Georgia as a vivacious teen and provides equally dramatic voices for the other characters in Georgia's universe. Rennison's hysterically funny writing coupled with Nielsen's perfectly posh British, tinged with just the right combination of enthusiasm, sarcasm, and outrage, makes this an adventure not to miss.
