Narrator Angele Masters captures all the humor in this romance--from the crazy bridezilla's requests to the sexy banter between a bridesmaid and a guest. Bridesmaid Jane Denning is tasked by the bride to watch the groom's troublemaking brother, Cameron, who is coming to the wedding. At first, it takes time for the listener to get used to the heavier male voice that narrator Angele Masters gives Cameron. But once the story gets started, the listener becomes adjusted to it. Cameron has a bad reputation that he doesn't deserve, and the listener aches for Jane to realize what a kind and amazing man he really is. S.B. AudioFile 2018, Portland, Maine

Given the choice between spending the day gilding tea sets under the ever-critical eye of her best friend turned bridezilla, Elise Maxwell, or babysitting the groom's rumored to be slightly sketchy half-brother, Cameron MacKinnon, bridesmaid Jane Denning opts for the latter. After all, how difficult can it be to see to it that a fully grown man behaves himself before a wedding? However, after meeting Cameron, Jane may have to seriously reconsider her choice. After spending just one afternoon with the infuriating, annoying, and so-sexy-it-hurts Cameron, Jane is pretty sure she is going to be the one who needs a babysitter in order to stay out of trouble. Holiday makes her print debut with One and Only, the first in her new Bridesmaids Behaving Badly series. The book's addictive combination of memorable characters, polished writing seasoned with deliciously acerbic wit, and some off-the-charts hot love scenes aptly demonstrates that when it comes to creating unputdownable contemporary romances, Holiday is in it to win it.(Reprinted with permission of Booklist, copyright 2018, American Library Association.)
