Mr. Putter & Tabby Make a Wish

In the first, Mr. Putter discovers it's his birthday and feels glum to think that his days of birthday celebrations are behind him; fortunately, his neighbor comes to the rescue. In the second, Mr. Putter and Tabby prepare to write a book, an endeavor that will sound familiar to many aspiring authors who have also napped, snacked, and procrastinated their way around the blank page. Narrator John McDonough's expansive, unhurried narration draws out the humor and humanity in each of these tales. Listeners of all ages will revel in these funny stories, so artfully brought to life.
