But Anaxandra is not always lucky in her queens, and life becomes much more difficult when she runs afoul of Helen of Troy. This exciting look at the world of ancient Troy and Greece is seen through the eyes of the fictional Anaxandra and narrated with strength and grace by Christina Moore. Moore's voice is youthful, yet robust, as she conveys the resilience of Anaxandra's spirit. The secondary characters, fully fleshed out in the outstanding text, are further brought to life through the subtle pacing and inflection of the narration.
