Lionel knows all about being a cat, but he has a great deal to learn about life as a man as he tries to free the town of Brightford from its cruel leader. The cast of nine members, representing nine characters plus a narrator, is particularly effective in crowd scenes, fully capturing the urgency of a town under siege.
