Frostfire

Narrator Catherine Ho brings the conflicted mountain region of Adranna to life, whisking listeners away to an icy tundra where few survive. Voicing protagonist Sabira as she makes her way up to the dangerous and revered glacier, Adarast, to bond with her very own frostsliver, Ho initially weaves quiet, indecisive tones into the heroine's dialogue. After an avalanche and blizzard separate Sabira from her guides, leaving her alone with a frostsliver whose limits are unknown to her, new notes of fortitude and bravery arise within her. While Ho seamlessly portrays an array of characters throughout the story, her steady delivery of Sabira's ever-maturing tone and the frostsliver's high-pitched melodious timbre is sure to keep listeners engaged from beginning to end.
