While many question Misha's leadership, great sacrifices have been made by all parties involved to set this in motion. As members of the different clans join forces to bring down Midnight, Malachi's secrets and subsequent guilt over past sins haunt him. But his struggles with the truth solidify his commitment to his clan, his friends, and the value for all to be free. In this installment, Atwater-Rhodes brings a well-crafted conclusion to her extraordinary and mysterious world of Midnight. Full of intrigue, danger, and unpredictable magic, this series features an extensive cast of characters (some of whom are referenced in her other works) who all play a key role in the unfolding events and ultimate conclusion. The powerful themes of courage, loyalty, love, and friendship reign true and allow for a very satisfying finale.
