Basing his presentation on a course he offers in the Executive Education Program at the Kellogg School of Management, Chopra describes an approach to being an engaged leader who sets the course for his or her company. He begins by using the word "leader" as an acronym for seven principles of leadership. He then demonstrates those principles through two case studies of chief executives of companies that are dedicated not just to selling product but also to fostering workers with a deep dedication to their companies' business and broader missions.
