Magical Beginnings, Enchanted Lives

Two experienced authors and physicians apply Western prenatal science and the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to the magical process of growing a child in the womb. The emphasis is on connecting with the needs of one's unborn baby by paying attention to nutrition, reducing stress, and developing awareness of how everything in a mother's life can influence the way a baby develops.
