Tips span from creating a Tao of Cool vision board to complimenting one's body now and then. The author's tone is more of a favorite aunt than a disciplinarian, and her ideas welcome exploration. VERDICT While this book will benefit individual readers, it's also well suited to youth groups or friends getting together to chill.
