maddyp18 - I loved this book so so so so so much!!!!!!!!!! It is a great realistic fiction story. It is about a girl who is a journalist in her school newspaper. The day of a football game, someone vandalized the cougar! (The cougar is a statue that brings luck to the school). Now everybody is having bad luck!!!!!!!! Sam, (The girl) wonders if she'll ever have good luck again. I think this story is meant more for boys then girls because in the story the main character is a girl. I think the message in this story is ''always have faith in yourself''. I hope you like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
