A free gift that may be over unity or free energy to the world: Optimizing the power of permanent magnets into motion through new technologies

This new rev has a greatly improved motor design in it. NOW: Now I have a new design with a 5 to 1 PM to 1 EM ratio. This greatly improves the power output and efficiency. It does this by improving the disk motor design into having one stator assembly operating with two rotor assemblies. Each rotor assembly is only populated with permanent magnets. The stator assembly is populated with 50% permanent magnets and 25% of the stator is populated with circuit 1 of electromagnets operating at a 25% duty cycle and populated 25% with electromagnet circuit 2 operating at 25% duty cycle. The last rev of this book was operating at a PM to EM ratio of 3 to 1. The commercial magnetic motors operate with a PM to EM ratio of 1 to 1. The more torque that a motor uses from permanent magnets compared to the torque from electromagnets, the higher the motor efficiency becomes. So if magnetic motors operating at a ratio of 1 to 1 are currently the markets highest efficiency motors, then just think of what the efficiency of a motor operating at a ratio of 5 to 1 will be. Now add to this a power circuit that captures the back EMF power to be used again the next cycle. Think of how efficient that motor assembly will be. What PM to EM ratio is needed to become an overunity device. Add to that the modified tank power circuit with steering diodes. It is hard for me to see how it could not be a overunity device.
