When Holly O'Neill discovers a beautiful charm bracelet in the pocket of a jacket donated to the vintage store in which she works, she knows she must find its owner. Holly has a charm bracelet of her own that signifies all the most important moments of her life. Holly uses the found bracelet's charms as clues, and with the help of her 10-year-old son, she finds an art gallery that may be pivotal to solving the mystery. It turns out that one of the artists who exhibited at the gallery, Greg, has ties to the charm bracelet, but it takes a magical New Year's Eve for all the pieces to come together for Holly and Greg.
