Albion, a professor at Harvard for 18 years, states that he has written this book to inspire MBA students to create a life and a career dedicated to meaning and self-actualization. He says in the preface that the book asks one question in many ways, using questions and stories to reframe your careerdecisions for lifes essential purpose. The four core questions are (1) Who are you? (2) What do you want? (3) What can you do? and (4) Where are you going? He warns readers that what they perceive to be their safest choice may be their riskiest, and vice versa.
