The calmness and delicateness of Willingham's voice make this story a pleasant listen. Willingham perfectly voices Shea's feminine and contemplative qualities and depicts each supporting character's emotions. 4- بیشتر از کتابهای درخواستی به صورت آنی در اختیار خریدار قرار میگیرد. مواردی که آنی قابل ارسال نیست حداکثر در سه ساعت در زمان کاری تهیه شده و به کاربر اطلاع داده شده و لینک دانلود برای او ارسال میشود.
5- کاربران موظف به حفظ محتوای خریداری شده توسط خودشان هستند و بوکم تعهد نگهداری یک ماه از کتاب خریداری شده توسط کاربر را دارد.
6- کاربرانی که در تامین محتوا و همکاری در فروش با بوکم همکاری دارند بایست طبق قوانین جمهوری اسلامی ایران اقدام به فروش در پلتفرم بوکم نمایند و پاسخگوی مراجع ذی صلاح درباره محتوای فروشی خود در بستر بوکم را به عهده دارند.
7- فایل فروخته شده با ارائه دلیل منطقی(مثل کیفیت نامناسب کتاب برای خوانش) تا 24 ساعت از سوی کاربر قابل عودت می باشد.
